At the Lake Building when a few trade workers walked by a Bethel staff member, the staff member's hands instantly felt arthritic and painful. He thought possibly one of the workers had a physical need that he was getting a word of knowledge for and asked, "Hey, which one of you has pain in your hands?" One the workers turned and said, "What did you just say?" The staff member then told him that when he walked by him, he could feel pain in his hands. He told him, "God sometimes tells His kids about what needs there are so we can better help people."
The trade worker told the staff member that he used to ride downhill mountain bikes, and that was why his wrists were in such bad condition. He then let the staff member pray for him and he could feel heat coming off his hands. The staff member asked if his hands were getting hot, and the trade worker looked at him with an intense look and said, "Yes!" He then asked him to check out his wrists and hands. The man asked him, "Who are you?" The staff member showed him his work badge. The man said that the pain was gone. He had tears welling up in his eyes and then asked if he could give the staff member a hug. All the pain was gone; in fact, he found the staff member a few days later and said that there was still no pain in his hands!
