A teenager in the United Kingdom had a severe nut allergy to the point where if she ate a nut, her mouth would instantly swell, and she’d have to go to the hospital to get a shot. A word of knowledge about food allergies was released in a meeting, and people were encouraged to test out their healings. The teen asked the Lord to help her make sure it was Him. On her own, she ate a chocolate-covered nut to test out her healing. She figured if she was going to die, she should die with chocolate. She then just stood there to see if something was going to happen. Nothing happened, so she knew she was healed. She testified on stage that she was healed. When she was asked how she knew she was healed, she said, “I ate a nut.” She then explained what normally would happen when she would eat a nut. The person leading the meeting would not have encouraged her to eat the nut had he known that, but she felt led to, God saw her faith, and she was healed.
