A church leader in a Middle Eastern country shared this testimony of a man who showed up in his church and said he wanted to see Jesus again. The first time he saw Jesus was when he was very sick, and his father worked with a Christian. The Christian asked if he could pray for him. The father was angry and basically said, “How dare you ask if you can pray in Jesus’s name. Don't talk to me again.”
The condition of the sick man got worse until he was given only a couple of days to live. In desperation, his father came and asked the Christian if he would pray for his son who was about to die. The Christian went to the hospital and walked into the sick man’s room. The sick man’s whole family was gathered around him. The Christian asked if they believed that Jesus could heal him. They all said "yes". The Christian prayed for healing in the name of Jesus and then left after seeing nothing happen.
As the Christian walked out of the hospital room, Jesus walked in. The whole family could see Jesus in physical form. They all hit the floor. Jesus walked up to the man on the bed, and saying nothing, touched him. In fear, the man shielded himself, thinking he was dying and Jesus was going to take him away. After touching the man, Jesus walked out of the room. Instantly, the sick man was completely healed. He sat up and started unplugging all the tubes that were plugged into him in the hospital. He was released from the hospital 24 hours later. He then showed up at that church because he had heard that at that church, people could see Jesus!
