Changes in Leadership for Local Church

Oct 31, 2021
Update

On Sunday, October 31, 2021, Bethel Church, Redding announced some exciting updates to its leadership structure. As Bill Johnson and Kris Vallotton continue to give oversight to the organization, they have asked Dann Farrelly and Chris Cruz to take on new leadership roles.

In January 2021, Dann Farrelly took on the role of Interim Lead Pastor to add strength and vision to our local church teams. In May 2021, additional members were then added to the Senior Leadership Team, and over the last few months, additional leadership teams of the church have been developed to equip and support the local congregation.

As of October 2021, Dann Farrelly has accepted a permanent role as Lead Pastor. Additionally, Chris Cruz has accepted the position of Associate Pastor, while he continues to pastor the young adults of our congregation. Together, Dann and Chris will work with the leadership teams of the church to serve our local congregation.

We are thankful to God for these transitions, and are expectant for what is to come.
