Bethel Church Breaks Ground on New Collyer Campus

Oct 20, 2021
Press Release

On Sunday, August 8, 2021, Bethel Church officially broke ground on its future campus on Collyer Drive in Redding, California. The occasion was marked by a gathering on the property that included a time of singing and prayers of dedication, taking communion together, and the ceremonial first shovel of dirt turned by church leaders.

The current scope of work on the property is site preparation and grading for all building pads and a quadrant of the future parking lot. Eddie Axner Construction is the site work contractor under the supervision of our general contractor, Modern Building. We plan to begin construction of the worship center and children’s classrooms in 2023.

We are thankful for this opportunity to prepare the way for what God is doing in our city!
