At just under a million acres burned, the Dixie Fire reshaped the landscape of Northern California in 2021. As the fire was actively burning and shifting Bethel Global Response deployed its new Mercy Chefs kitchen trailer used in tandem with a local commercial kitchen to serve over 7,000 hot nutritious meals to local responders and evacuees. This was led in under the collaboration of our feeding partner in the disaster response field Mercy Chefs.

About Bethel Global Response

Bethel Global Response oversees a team of over 1,000 people who are trained to respond to disasters. While carrying the atmosphere of heaven, we tangibly display the love of Jesus by meeting physical needs through ash outs, relief and recovery training, food distribution, and more. We meet people in moments of crisis with hope and love. Through these divine opportunities, we see life restored and people beginning to dream again.
