Three-Week Training | Starting Sunday Mornings, January 7, 2024
Small Groups are key to building strong community and creating a vibrant family of hope filled believers at Bethel. Our small group ministry is one of the primary ways we create smaller spaces for growth, worship, and connection.
We are looking for quality leaders who are passionate about building community and have a heart for gathering and investing into people and relationships. If you have been thinking about leading a Connect Group, Men's or Women's Core Group, or if you are currently leading a group and want to strengthen your leadership skills, come join Kristy Tillman and the Community Life team for this training to be equipped and receive fresh impartation and vision for leading a small group at Bethel.
Anyone can attend the training to find out what it looks like to be a small group leader at Bethel and what the commitment looks like should you decide to say "yes" to leading a group. There will be a 4th class offered for only those who are interested in leading a Connect Group for our Spring Discipleship Series and the specifics on how to launch your group.
