There's a reason Jesus didn't just preach to the crowds; He called men to walk with Him.
He found ordinary men in the middle of ordinary life and issued an invitation that would change everything: “Come and follow me.” It wasn’t about a program. It was about a life walked together, in proximity to Him. This is how He began to shape who they were becoming. Jesus formed them. He challenged them. He stayed with them through failure and breakthroughs. And in that process, they were transformed, not in a single moment, but over time. Change happened through relationship; through the slow and faithful work of becoming.
That kind of discipleship doesn't happen by accident. It happens when men show up, stay present, and allow themselves to be formed in community, with people who know their name.
This year marks a new chapter for Men's Ministry in our house. What was once BraveCo Conference is shifting this year to Bethel Men's Conference, with a focused vision for the men of this local church. In this unique season, we sense a deep conviction to invest more intentionally in the men of our church. Men, we are building spaces where you truly belong, where you are seen, and where you know you are needed. Because when a man knows he belongs and that he is vital, something shifts. He leans in. He takes responsibility. He realizes he is vital for his family, his friendships, and the life of this church.
We believe strong men build strong families, and strong families shape the health of generations. This gathering is the beginning of that—a catalyst for a new season of men's discipleship in our house, where every man knows he belongs, he is needed, and he has a place to grow.
The invitation from Jesus hasn't changed. Come, follow Him, and be formed into the man He made you to be. You are vital for what God is doing in this house.

Every boy will be initiated. The only question is—by what?
The BraveCo Rite of Passage is a tough mudder run designed for young men ages 12–18 who are ready to be initiated into manhood. It is a life-defining moment created to lead sons into true manhood and call fathers into their sacred role as initiators.
