A woman who stopped using birth control in college for medical purposes, was not able to get her monthly period for over three years, except for one or two incidents. This caused her a great amount of emotional distress, and though she visited three doctors, no one could help her. She visited Bethel with her brother, who was a Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry student, and she attended a special training for Healing Rooms staff, where many testimonies were given. Her brother encouraged her to respond, and someone put a hand on her and prayed. She hadn't asked for prayer, nor was she thinking of her need for healing.
She felt her womb contracting and knew that she was healed! Three weeks later, she got her period, though she had to continue to contend for her healing every month. She didn't get her period for two months, but she watched a recording on Bethel TV, where Chris Gore told of many healings in this area. She knew it was for her! She continued contending, and she is now getting her period every month.
