Michelle Thompson was born in Austin, Texas, and later relocated to Redding to pursue deeper faith, family, and community. She is the co-founder and an executive at Electric Innovations Inc., where she helps lead business strategy, team development, and client relationships. Michelle is passionate about strengthening individuals and building healthy communities. She is the mother of three children, co-founder and leader of Life With Littles, a ministry that supports and equips mothers. Michelle also ministers internationally, speaks and facilitates small groups, and brings leadership experience in community development and organizational health.
