With a fundamental belief that childlikeness is the doorway to the Kingdom, Leanne is passionate about creating spaces where kids, families, and teams can encounter the heart of God in authentic and transformative ways.
Originally from Australia, Leanne moved to Redding with her husband, Bryan, and their three daughters in 2012. She has served on the Early Years team for the past eight years and has been in the role of Early Years Lead Pastor for the last 3.5 years, cultivating environments where both 0–6-year-old kids and their leaders can thrive. Prior to ministry leadership, she thoroughly enjoyed raising her family and also worked in outdoor education, specializing in team development and growth outcomes for young people and groups.
With additional experience in life coaching and inner healing, Leanne carries a deep passion for restoration, healthy relationships, and helping people embrace God’s design for family and community. She loves building healthy teams, empowering leaders, and fostering cultures marked by joy, authentic connection, and wholehearted faith.
