Julie Winter is a family nurse practitioner and has served on the Elder board since 2001. She has an active medical practice and currently serves on the Turtle Bay board. Julie was elected and served two terms on the Redding City Council and was the mayor of Redding in 2019. In addition, she served on the Advance Redding board as well as the Bethel College board. Julie is married to Mike Winter and has two sons and five grandchildren.
