Resurrection Sunday is the day on which we reflect on Jesus’ identity and ministry being vindicated by God as He defeats death and the fear of death.
Prayer Focus:
- Hallelujah, it is finished! Pray that the finished work of the Cross would be evident to the Body and through the Body.
- Pray that Christ’s victory would become evident in our lives through signs, wonders, and miracles.
- Pray that we’d live free of the fear of death (Heb. 2:15) and have confident hope in our own resurrection because Jesus is the “first born among the dead” (Col. 1:18).
- Pray for the Church to represent salvation to the lost, knowing it is the most compelling and necessary message for every soul.
- Pray for courage to share the Good News with those who do not yet know Him.
- Pray for hearts to be prepared to hear and receive the Gospel, that ears would be open and minds ready to know and experience the depths of God’s love.
Scriptures for Today:
Isaiah 52:7-10, Luke 24
