Every major event of Jesus’ life occurred on one of God’s “Appointed Times” listed in Leviticus 23. Jesus died on Passover, rose again on First Fruits, and poured out the Holy Spirit on Pentecost. He fulfilled all of the Spring Holidays on His first coming, He will fulfill all the Fall Holidays on His second coming. According to the scriptures we are commanded to celebrate these holidays every year. We will do that in this class as we look at The 7 Appointed Times of God - Passover, First Fruits, Pentecost, Rosh Hashana (Trumpets), Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement), Tabernacles and Shabbat (weekly Sabbath). We will not just learn about them, but actually celebrate them each week.
Through this class you can expect to gain a deeper understanding of Jesus’ Hebrew roots and access to the blessings promised to us by entering in to these sacred rhythms of life.
Class runs Wednesdays from September 25 to November 6 and includes a special Feast of Tabernacles event on Wednesday, October 16 (no class that week on October 15).
