IN-PERSON EXPERIENCE
Is childcare available?
Currently, due to limited capacity at our venues, we are unable to offer childcare or children’s ministry during our events.
Could I bring my stroller, car seat, baby carriers into the Sanctuary?
Due to fire code, strollers, car seats, and baby carriers are not permitted in the venue. And, due to liability risks, children are not permitted to nap, crawl, or play on the floor or underneath seats.
When does check-in for the in-person event begin?
Check-in begins at 11:00am in the East/West room at our College View Campus. You will receive your wristband after checking in. Check-in will be open until 7:00pm.
Is there a cost if I lose my wristband?
Yes, if you lost your wristband you can get a new one at the info table inside the Mancave. There is a $5 fee.
Are there ATM machines on site?
Yes, There is an ATM near the administration office breezeway.
Do you have a Lost and Found area?
Lost and Found is located at the Info Table inside the Mancave. We will hold your items for the duration of the event.
Where do I park during the event?
Parking is available at the Bethel College View Campus, however, we ask that you please help us by not parking in the staff or reserved parking areas. With permission, overnight parking is available for Class A vehicles. To register your Class A vehicle, please visit the Bethel Administration Office, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm.
What are the event meal options?
Meals are not included in the cost of your ticket, however, you have options! Here they are:
On-Campus:
Food Trucks | We will have food trucks available for purchase during the meal breaks.
Off-Campus:

What is the Rite of Passage?
This empowering initiation into manhood is for boys ages 13-18, and challenges young men to rise with courage as they are welcomed into manhood. It features a challenging, mud-run obstacle course that requires strength and determination, symbolizing their journey towards growth. Bring your sons and witness them as they take this step into manhood.
Rite of Passage Waiver
If your child is participating in the Rite of Passage, we ask that you please pick up a waiver at the info table to sign.
What does my son need for the Rite of Passage?
Your child will need his waiver turned in and wear clothes that will allow him to be active in, a water bottle and sun block.
What are Tribe Teams?
At BraveCo, you will run with a team of men who will be your companions, support, and community throughout the entire conference.
What are Tribe Games at Big League Dreams?
Join your Tribe Team on the field, and be ready to compete! Bring clothes that you can get dirty in, a water bottle, and sunblock—and don't forget to wear your team colors!
