IS THERE A CHILD, STUDENT, BSSM, BSSM ALUMNI, OR GROUP DISCOUNT AVAILABLE?

Unfortunately, no.  However, children 2 and younger may attend free of charge if they are seated on a parent’s lap.

 

IS CHILDCARE AVAILABLE? DO YOU HAVE ANY RECOMMENDATIONS ON HOW TO ENHANCE MY CHILD’S EXPERIENCE?

Currently, due to limited capacity at our venues, we are unable to offer childcare or children’s ministry during our events.

Historically, for children two and under, parents have found it helpful to find seating in the back of the venue for easier access to restrooms, lobbies, etc. Additionally, we highly recommend ear protection for your children, as worship can be very loud.

Due to fire code, strollers, car seats, and baby carriers are not permitted in the venue. And, due to liability risks, children are not permitted to nap, crawl, or play on the floor or underneath seats.

Please note, our team recognizes that children may struggle with remaining quiet while joining us for a 10-14 hour day! We welcome your children to join us and kindly ask that if he/she becomes disruptive to other guests that they be taken out of the room to be cared for.

For children two and over, we have seen parents have great success when they bring a babysitter/nanny to help with childcare during the event. Here are some fun things we recommend in the city for your child to do while you enjoy your time with us! Click here!

 

I AM A NON U.S. CITIZEN AND REQUIRE A VISA TO TRAVEL TO THE U.S. TO ATTEND AN EVENT. WILL BETHEL CHURCH PROVIDE A VISA INVITATION LETTER TO HELP EXPEDITE MY VISA APPLICATION?

Thank you for your interest in attending an event! Our team understands the cost and the many steps our international guests must take to be with us and we want to do our best to host you!

Bethel Church is happy to issue a Visa Invitation Letter to our guests prior to their online registration and payment.

Please note, the issuing of a Visa Invitation Letter does not guarantee or hold a seat for the guest. Once an event sells out there can be no exceptions made due to room capacity. You may register at bethel.com/events with a credit or debit card.

We strongly encourage international guests to purchase their tickets as soon as possible, as our events tend to sell out months in advance. Please note, Bethel Church is unable to issue a refund due to Visa denial. We recommend reviewing our refund policy below prior to registering for an event.

Due to the fact that most events fill to capacity, registration fees are non-refundable and unfortunately cannot be transferred to another event, product, or Bethel TV streaming event.

Additionally, there have been some changes to our translation services and we are unable to guarantee translation. Please email translation@bethel.com to inquire if translation may be available in your language prior to registration.

To request a Visa Invitation Letter please email conference@bethel.com with the information below:

1. The name of the event you wish to attend

2. Your first and last name

3. Your home address (including country name)

4. Your passport number

Once we receive this information, please allow for 3-5 business days for our team to issue your Visa Invitation Letter.

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Due to the fact that most events fill to capacity, registration fees are non-refundable and unfortunately cannot be transferred to another event, product, or Bethel TV streaming event. If you have any questions regarding our refund policy please email conference@bethel.com prior to finalizing your registration.  

 

I’VE REGISTERED TO ATTEND AN EVENT, HOWEVER, I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND.  MAY I GIFT MY TICKET TO BETHEL?

Yes, please email conference@bethel.com to let us know you can’t make it and we will gladly update our records.

 

I’VE REGISTERED TO ATTEND AN EVENT, HOWEVER, I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND.  MAY I TRANSFER MY TICKET TO ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL?

Yes, please email conference@bethel.com to let us know you would like to transfer your registration and one of our team members will guide you through this process. Please note, we are unable to maintain a waiting list.

Unfortunately, no, we are unable to maintain a waiting list. However, we would love to have you join us in the future! Our events tend to sell out 3-6 months prior, so be sure to register as soon as possible.
