Kris and Kathy Vallotton are the Senior Associate Leaders of Bethel Church in Redding, California, and have served on Bill Johnson’s apostolic team for decades. They are both co-founders of Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM) and Moral Revolution. For over 20 years Kris and Kathy have helped thousands of Believers realize their identity as sons and daughters of God.

Kris is a noted prophetic voice worldwide. As a bestselling author, he has written more than a dozen books and training manuals to help prepare believers for life in the kingdom. He’s a highly sought-after international speaker equipping people to successfully fulfill their divine purpose. Kris has a diverse background in business, counseling, consulting, pastoring, and teaching. He loves to both teach to the masses and advise leaders one-on-one, utilizing his experience and his prophetic gift to assist world influencers in achieving their goals. He commonly provides counsel to governmental and business leaders on practical strategies for cultural transformation and has unique expertise in economies and building prosperous communities.

Kris and Kathy are also successful entrepreneurs who co-owned 9 businesses in the automotive industry. Together, they direct KV Ministries and have traveled the world teaching and preaching about the goodness of God and the power of the Kingdom.

Kris and Kathy have been married for over 45 years and have four children and ten grandchildren.

Ruth and Steve are the Senior Overseers of BSSM Online and BSSM School Planting. They also oversee Commissioning and Ordination for Bethel Redding. Steve and Ruth travel and speak at various churches and organizations, and are passionate about equipping the body of Christ to live naturally supernatural. They have a huge heart for cultivating healthy families, activating leaders and carrying hope.

Ruth is originally from the south of England and Steve is from Ohio. They first met at BSSM and now have two children – Hannah & Jack. Ruth has a First-Class Honors Degree in Psychology from the University of Bath, and Steve has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Anderson University. The Moore’s favorite things to do are spend time as a family and they love going on beach holidays.

Dann Farrelly has been on staff at Bethel Church, Redding since 1991. Under the vision and direction of Bill Johnson and Kris Vallotton, Dann is the Lead Pastor of Bethel Church, Redding and the Dean of Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM). He is a graduate of Simpson College and holds a Master’s Degree in Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary. Dann is uniquely gifted to bring rich insights from the Word of God with wit, humor, and great anointing. Often, you can find his desk covered in books. Dann is married to Christie, and they have three children.

Leslie and her husband Tom have been serving in full-time ministry for over nineteen years, and the privilege of being on staff at Bethel for over ten of those years. Leslie has a passion to lead people into an authentic and thriving relationship with Jesus. Her core messages bring people into the simplicity and power of intimacy with God. Her greatest joy is investing in her two children, Joel and Adelyn, as well as developing leaders who carry the fires of revival in this generation.

Gabe Valenzuela is the Senior Overseer of our BSSM Second Year program. He’s previously served as a Youth Pastor at Bethel Redding and as a Revival Group Pastor. Through his father’s heart, pastoral gifting, and leadership experience, Gabe brings great strength and vision to the BSSM environment. Along with his staff team, Gabe mentors, leads and develops BSSM students to be able to transform their God-given spheres of influence. Gabe teaches students how to successfully steward their lives and manage higher levels of responsibilities as servant leaders. While Gabe loves leading the Second Year program, he considers his family to be the most valuable aspect of his life. He lives in Redding, California, with his wife, Leah, and their four beautiful children.

Libby is devoted to a life of intimacy with God. After a radical encounter with God as a teenager, she entered ministry at nineteen years old. Libby and her husband, Richard, along with their children, Moses and Ella, have chosen a model of ministry that they recognized in Jesus – vulnerability and moving in power are inseparable. This lifestyle has sparked and sustains the miraculous in their lives and those they lead. Raised in South Africa, working in church, academia, and business realms, they moved to Redding, CA. Libby and Richard were honored to both receive the M. Earl Johnson award during their time at BSSM. Libby’s heart is to raise up a generation who make known the reality of God in every life and land.

Richard Gordon was raised in South Africa where he married his beautiful wife, Libby, and completed his BSc in Computer Engineering and MA in Electronic Engineering. He has had the privilege of working alongside some of the world’s best tech companies. Richard and his wife pastor at Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM). Richard is also the Revival Group pastor over Bethel School of Technology. His dream is to raise up world-changers and influencers like Daniel who will shape and shift culture, encountering and ushering in the presence of God wherever they go. He comes alive, igniting the potential in people around him and seeing the Glory of God move across the earth!
